MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (November 13, 2014) — The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Jason Thibodeaux has joined our St. Cloud, Minnesota, office as an associate in the Commercial Financial Services Practice Group.
Jason Thibodeaux focuses his practice primarily in the areas of banking, commercial and consumer finance, creditors’ rights, and creditor bankruptcy matters. Thibodeaux has represented individuals, financial institutions, secured lenders, real estate owners, investment groups, and small to large businesses in a wide range of commercial and financial matters. Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, Thibodeaux practiced at a law firm in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where he maintained a general business practice.
Thibodeaux received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award for both Legal Writing and Consumer Law, and his Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University. He is an active member of the Stearns-Benton Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Turnaround Management Association.
