On May 10, 2011, Bob Harding and Sheryl Morrison presented their February 15 Breakfast Briefing presentation, "Smoke, Mirrors, and Money: What Does the 2010 Tax Act Really Mean for Charitable Gift Planning?" to the Minnesota Planned Giving Council. Harding and Morrison informed approximately 50 development officers and other charitable advisors about the effects that the gift and estate tax provisions of the 2010 Tax Act might have on charitable organizations and their fundraising.
