Sjoberg is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law and was named a “Rising Star,” by Minnesota Law & Politics, in 2011. She represents national lenders, community banks, and borrowers in construction, real estate, and asset-based financing. Trina also has extensive experience with real estate development, common interest communities and leasing.
Hintze is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law. He serves a variety of clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and has extensive experience working on acquisitions and divestitures, office, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, development projects and related financing transactions. In addition to his real estate transactional practice, Brad works with a number of banks and non-bank lenders in real estate secured financing projects.
Sallis practices in all aspects of franchise law including franchise litigation, contract disputes, franchise disputes, and commercial litigation. He works with clients ranging from small employers to public entities and international corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Hogan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
