MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 2, 2018) – Gray Plant Mooty has named new chairs to lead its Franchise and Distribution Practice Group, effective today. Attorneys Elizabeth Dillon and Mark Kirsch will join longtime chair Kirk Reilly as leaders of the firm’s more than 30-attorney franchise practice group.
Dillon and Kirsch will fill the leadership roles held by John Fitzgerald and Robert Zisk. Fitzgerald and Zisk are longtime practice group chairs—serving as co-chairs with Reilly for the last 12 years. Both lawyers look forward to devoting their efforts full time to serving their franchise clients.
“Mark and I are honored to join Kirk as co-chairs of the Franchise and Distribution Practice Group,” said Dillon, who is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. “We are indebted to John and Bob for their years of successful leadership of this practice group.”
“It is an exciting time in franchising, and Liz and I are proud to help the firm’s franchise clients continue to grow and succeed,” said Mark Kirsch, who is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
With one of the top franchise and distribution practices in the world, Gray Plant Mooty represents many of the largest and most well-known franchise systems in the country.
