Gray Plant Mooty principals Mark Kirsch and Max Schott recently contributed chapters to the newly updated fourth edition of the ABA Forum on Franchising's book on franchise law, Fundamentals of Franchising.
Schott co-authored the book’s second chapter, which examines the structure of franchise relationships, while Kirsch co-authored a chapter on international franchising. The book provides an overview of the legal issues faced by individuals and organizations involved in franchising, offering practical guidance aimed at both lawyers and nonlawyers alike. The book is available for purchase at the ABA's website.
