A Discussion on Safe and Economic Transportation of Bakken Crude Oil Through Minnesota and the Economic Impact of the Bakken Oil Boom

How do we safely transport Bakken shale oil through the State of Minnesota to refineries on the East and Gulf coasts? Dr. Tom Bubenik and Dr. Oliver Moghissi, of DNV GL will address pipeline safety issues of concern to Minnesota. Dr. Bubenik recently briefed a U.S. Congress Transportation Committee on these topics.
