PTO Day—23rd Annual Conference on USPTO Law and Practice

PTO Day brings together experts from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the private bar to discuss current developments. The objective for the conference is to present high quality education and to promote continuing government-private sector dialogue on intellectual property rights. The one-day program has two general morning sessions and five afternoon breakouts.

Gray Plant Mooty's Sheldon Klein will be speaking on trademarks in one of the morning sessions titled "Proposed Changes in Section 8 Timing" from 8:45 a.m. — 10:15 a.m. EST.
