Presented by: Gray Plant Mooty's Entrepreneurial Services Group
As you know, the annual allocation of funding for the state’s Angel Tax Credit Program has not been sufficient to meet robust demand. In addition, the program has only so far been funded through 2014. Since you are deeply involved with angel investors and the entities that rely on them for funding, we invite you to a roundtable discussion about the success of the program and its future.
Senator Kari Dziedzic, who is a member of the Senate Tax Committee and the Senate Environment, Economic Development, and Agricultural Division of the Finance Committee, and Representative Tim Mahoney, who is the Chair of the House Jobs and Economic Development Finance and Policy Committee, have agreed to attend and be a part of the conversation.
Jeff Nelson, who manages the program for the Department of Employment and Economic Development, has also agreed to attend and participate in the conversation.
