23rd Annual Health Law Seminar

This full-day seminar will address current issues and recent developments in health law. Highlights include a panel on False Claims Act trends, with front-line perspectives from seasoned GPM white collar defense attorneys Greg Merz and Eric Yaffe along with qui tam attorney, Susan M. Coler. In addition, GPM attorneys will join Carla Borda from Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting to discuss insurance issues for health care providers, including coverage options in the areas of billing and reimbursement, privacy and fraud and abuse.
