Lindsey Day focuses her practice in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, closely held and family-owned businesses, general business law, and start-up and emerging companies. She has extensive experience advising businesses within various industries on a range of legal issues, including governance matters, corporate restructurings, shareholder matters, contract negotiation, succession planning, and women-owned business certifications. Lindsey regularly counsels both buyers and sellers in stock and asset transactions.
For the past 10 years, Lindsey has been an attorney volunteer with Wills for Heroes, a program sponsored by the Minnesota State Bar Association that provides pro bono estate planning services for Minnesota first responders. Prior to practicing law, Lindsey served as a senior associate in tax services at a Big Four public accounting firm.
