Kirsten Johanson represents families, fiduciaries, individuals, and family businesses in matters pertaining to estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and charitable giving. This includes drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments, advising clients on tax minimization strategies, and guiding families through the estate administration process.
As an undergraduate, Kirsten worked at the Iowa State University Center for Agricultural Law and Taxation, and while in law school, she served as a legal intern at Wells Fargo. She is an alumna of Gray Plant Mooty’s summer associate program.
