Kathryn Hauff represents and counsels franchisors on a wide range of issues, including new franchise and business opportunities, international expansion, franchise registration, contract disputes, investigations by state regulatory authorities, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. In addition, Kathryn also has experience counseling dealers and distributors regarding intellectual property licensing and other distribution agreements.
While in law school, Kathryn served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joan Ericksen in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. In addition, Kathryn is an alumna of Gray Plant Mooty’s summer associate program. While in college, Kathryn sat on the College of Saint Benedict’s Board of Trustees and was a two-time All-American golfer.
