Jodee Marble focuses her work in the area of general corporate law. She supports Gray Plant Mooty’s Corporate & Business Practice Group in matters including drafting entity formation documents; conducting due diligence reviews; drafting primary and ancillary business transaction documents; preparing stock certificates; maintaining ownership ledgers; preparing and filing business tax registrations with IRS and state tax authorities; conducting UCC and other lien searches in U.S., Canadian, and foreign jurisdictions; maintaining dockets for important deadlines and events; and drafting other relevant documents and contracts including subscription agreements, proxy statements, notices of meeting, board resolutions, UCC financing statements, stock option plans, option agreements, warrants, promissory notes, and security agreements.
Jodee has worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years, including experience with major Twin Cities law firms as well as the Hennepin County Bar Association.
