Jesse Sixkiller advises clients from various industries through mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiations, private equity and venture capital deals, securities offerings, and day-to-day legal/business issues.

Jesse also has a strong background in Federal Indian Law and has represented tribes and tribal-owned entities in connection with business transactions, corporate restructurings, economic development initiatives, and general business-related matters.

Before joining Gray Plant Mooty, Jesse was an associate at a global law firm, and prior to that, Jesse served as a law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Saint Paul and Minneapolis under the Honorable Gregory F. Kishel and Honorable Nancy C. Dreher, respectively.
