Erin Westbrook practices business litigation. She focuses primarily on litigating in the areas of business torts, breaches of fiduciary duties, closely held and family-owned businesses, franchise and distribution, and intellectual property. Before beginning her practice, Erin was a judicial law clerk for Judge Matthew Johnson at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Erin was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and worked as a business consultant. As a CPA, she led internal reviews of financial processes, conducted internal and external audits, and helped clients implement enhanced financial processes to reduce risks and maintain regulatory compliance. Erin continues to enjoy using her business consultant experience to counsel clients in her legal practice.
