Erin Stein is a special counsel attorney in the Health & Nonprofit Organization practice group. She provides advice to a range of nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations. Erin counsels nonprofits on issues related to corporate governance, formation, tax exemption, private foundation issues, enterprise, regulatory matters, mergers, and joint ventures.
Erin previously served in the Franchise & Distribution and Litigation groups at Gray Plant Mooty from October 2009–May 2011 and served as a summer associate during the summer of 2008. She most recently served as the Managing Director of Alumni Giving for Teach for America.
