Dawn Nelson assists with and manages discovery as well as the organizational, logistical, and technical aspects of hearings and trials. In particular, she focuses on managing document-intensive cases, including the collection, review, and production of documents for electronic discovery. Dawn has also assisted with large administrative cases before the Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota public utilities commissions, and she was recognized by a presiding judge for her outstanding work and ability to manage exhibits and courtroom presentation.
Before joining Gray Plant Mooty, Dawn gained technical experience as a vendor to the legal industry, and she draws upon her experience to develop best practices, standard procedures, and model-case structures to effectively facilitate the firm’s litigation matters.
