Awards are important measures of an organization's accomplishments and we have received several honors that speak to our focus on client service, our high ethical standards, and the fact that we know how to balance working hard for our clients with leading full and rich lives.
Gray Plant Mooty was recognized by its clients in The BTI Client Service A-Team 2012: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance as an elite law firm for excellence in the delivery of client service.
In 2012, GPM was again named a “Go-To Law Firm” for its expertise in intellectual property and litigation. In 2010 and 2007, GPM was named a "Go-To Law Firm" by its energy services and financial services clients, respectively.
GPM’s Franchise practice was ranked by clients and peers as one of the world's top four franchise law practices in the 2011 edition of Chambers Global.
In 2011, Gray Plant Mooty was recognized, for the third consecutive time, as one the nation's 50 "Best Law Firms for Women" by the National Association for Female Executives and Flex-time Lawyers.
Gray Plant Mooty was named one of the 2010 "Top Workplaces" by the Star Tribune. Gray Plant Mooty ranked 7th on the top midsize companies list and is the only large, full-service firm to be named.
Gray Plant Mooty was named one of the 2010 "Best Places to Work" by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Of the 250 companies that participated in the balloting, GPM is the only law firm in the state to receive this award for an unprecedented eight consecutive years.
In 2009, Gray Plant Mooty was presented with the 33rd Annual Minnesota Keystone Honored Company Award in the medium-size company category. Each year, three Minnesota Keystone Program member companies are chosen to be honored for their exceptional giving programs.
The Hennepin County Bar Association’s Diversity Committee recognized Gray Plant Mooty with the 2008 Diversity Award for a Legal Employer.
Gray Plant Mooty was honored in 2008 with its third consecutive Minnesota Work-Life Champions™ Award. Gray Plant Mooty was recognized as the “Outstanding Employer” in the medium employer category (250-999 employees).
GPM has been a participant in the Minnesota Keystone Program since 1989 and contributes 5% of its pre-tax income to the community.
