Gray Plant Mooty is sponsoring innovative in-house seminars for attorneys and staff, focused on ethics and bias issues. Participants read two to three short stories prior to the seminar, then a trained facilitator uses literature to present hypothetical scenarios that provide a starting point for discussion. As part of the conversation, the facilitator and participants offer a variety of perspectives and stories from their own life experiences.
The program is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to professional development, and attorneys receive CLE credit for participating.
