Katie Bergstrom, a principal and co-chair of Gray Plant Mooty's Litigation practice group, will participate in a panel discussion on "The Pitfalls of Loan Participation" to be held October 23, 2008 at Gray Plant Mooty. Katie and Paul Ratelle, an attorney for Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, will cover issues with legal representations (lead vs. participants), proper direction of drafting documents, enforcement, terms to pay attention to at the beginning, standards of care, flow of information, and remedies.
