Tracy is a paralegal with the Franchise & Distribution practice group. She maintains document production, drafts pleadings and discovery documents, reviews financial materials, creates and manages inventory databases, and maintains a working relationship between attorney, client, and franchisee. Tracy is also a Notary for the District of Columbia.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Tracy was a legal administrative assistant with Gray Plant Mooty. She also has experience in sports and entertainment management. Tracy joined GPM in 2007.
