Tina is a paralegal at Gray Plant Mooty. She has worked in the estate and trust administration area since entering the legal field in 2000 and joined Gray Plant Mooty in 2006.
Tina assists with all aspects of estate and trust administrations, including drafting probate and trust documents, transferring assets, preparing annual accountings, and preparing and filing estate tax returns as well as fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates. Tina was instrumental in compiling the article “Section 2053 Proposed Regs” written by Ann Burns for the July 2008 issue of Trusts & Estates magazine and the article "The Increased Exemption Creates Opportunity" written by Ann Burns and Karen McMahon for the March 2009 issue of Trusts & Estates magazine.
