Sandi is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and a member of the Business Advisory Group. Her practice includes assisting public and private clients in general corporate and securities matters, with a particular focus on securities law issues, reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and corporate governance. Sandi served as a summer associate at Gray Plant Mooty.
Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, Sandi worked as a Certified Public Accountant for over eight years with several national public accounting firms and holds a CPA certificate with the State of Minnesota.
