Rick is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and a member and former chair of the Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning practice group. He focuses on all aspects of estate and trust planning, probate and trust administration, fiduciary tax planning, and charitable giving.
He has participated in continuing legal education seminars on irrevocable insurance trusts, marital deduction formula clause drafting, and carryover basis.
