Kelley, Monica

Monica advises employers on a wide variety of issues related to their employee benefit arrangements, including health and welfare plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, retirement plans and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. She also assists clients with navigating their participation in multiemployer plans, solving issues related to tax compliance, understanding their fiduciary duties, and correcting errors in benefit plan administration. Her areas of expertise include health care reform, HIPAA compliance, and employee benefit plans for tax-exempt organizations.

Before entering private practice, Monica was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Helen M. Meyer of the Supreme Court of Minnesota.
