Mike is a principal with Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the area of business, real estate, and commercial litigation. He represents both corporate and individual clients in a variety of business and commercial disputes, including contracts, real estate, landlord/tenant, securities, debtor/creditor, business torts, unfair competition, and professional liability. He has handled appeals in the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Mike is extensively involved in legal ethics and lawyers’ professional responsibility, and is a frequent lecturer on these topics. In addition to representing clients in these areas, Mike serves as Gray Plant Mooty’s internal compliance officer and counsel.
