Lynne has concentrated her practice in the family law area since 1985. She represents clients in dissolution, custody, parenting time, post-decree, paternity, and child support matters. She has argued numerous cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and she has argued a case before the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Lynne's years of experience enable her to take a holistic approach to a client's case. Analysis of the facts, the law, the family dynamics, and the impact of the proceeding on the family unit are all taken into consideration when representing the client through the court proceeding.
