Larry is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and member of the Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning group. He practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift taxation, and trust and estate disputes.
Larry has devoted much of his time to the development and implementation of complex estate plans which are designed to transfer financial and business assets to beneficiaries in a tax efficient manner. His experience also includes significant involvement in estate and gift tax disputes and other contested trust and estate matters. Larry has been a frequent lecturer at seminars on estate planning, trusts, estates, and related tax matters.
