Kevin is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and has focused in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis in commercial real estate acquisitions, real estate development, commercial financing, and general business transactions. He has assisted clients with the acquisition and sale of office buildings, office warehouses, apartment buildings, restaurants, hotels, strip malls, and Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
His real estate development experience includes all phases of residential, industrial, and commercial development, including zoning and subdivision approvals, the creation of condominiums and planned communities, and multi-use developments. His lending work includes work on behalf of both borrowers and lenders in all types of commercial financing transactions. He also assists clients in business organization and structure, as well as purchase and sale of business enterprises.
