Kathi is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. She focuses on the compliance, administrative, and design issues specific to welfare benefit plans. Kathi also advises tax-exempt employers on benefits arrangements and works with many of the firm’s Higher Education clients on benefit matters. Before joining Gray Plant Mooty, Kathi was director of compliance at Stanton Group, Inc., a local benefits consulting and third-party administrator.

Kathi is a frequent presenter to client groups and at continuing legal education seminars on topics pertaining to COBRA, flexible spending account administration, HSAs and HRAs, HIPAA compliance, and Health Care Reform.
