Katherine is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and a member of the Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning practice group. Her practice includes all aspects of estate planning and administration. She advises clients on how to reach their individual, family, and business succession goals through effective estate planning. She also assists families who have lost a loved one move through the estate administration process from the initial asset inventory to filing the final tax return. Katherine frequently drafts wills, codicils, trust agreements, health care directives, and powers of attorney. She also prepares gift tax returns, estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and personal income tax returns.
Prior to law school, Katherine worked for many years as a tax and probate paralegal in Minnesota and Colorado. Her years administering estates and trusts led her to attend law school and focus her studies in estate planning.
