José works in the area of franchise, civil, and criminal litigation. He has extensive litigation experience which includes: drafting and assisting in the preparation of pleadings in various stages of federal and state court litigation; analyzing financial and accounting records; conducting legal and fact research and obtaining documents from parties and nonparties. In addition, he has trial, appellate, and arbitration experience. José is also fluent in Spanish.
