John is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty practicing in the real estate area for more than 40 years. He has had extensive involvement in real estate transactions of all types and has represented clients in many transactions involving significant properties. His clients include lenders, borrowers, developers, governmental entities, tenants, landlords, investors, and other real estate owners.
For many years, John has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to representing clients in real estate tax contests. In this role, he has represented owners of countless substantial properties of all types.
