Jeremy Johnson focuses his practice on business litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, competitive practices matters, and intellectual property. Jeremy has significant experience representing clients in disputes involving antitrust, class actions, trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, copyright, patent, and trademark infringement.
