Jason is a principal who practices in the area of business and commercial litigation, focusing primarily on the area of franchise litigation. He represents franchisors in a wide variety of franchise litigation matters, including franchisee termination, enforcement of post-termination obligations, fraud and misrepresentation claims, earnings claims, issues related to advertising funds, and enforcement of franchise system standards. Jason has represented franchisors in a variety of industries, with special emphasis on hotels and restaurants. Jason has also represented many clients outside the franchise context in connection with litigation matters. He has represented those clients in mediation, in arbitration, and at trial.
