Inchan is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty practicing in the Entrepreneurial Services group. He focuses his practice on representing private and public companies in the areas of domestic and international business law transactions, corporate finance, securities law, and mergers & acquisitions.
Inchan has represented private and public clients operating in a variety of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, medical device, and bioscience in corporate dept and equity restructuring, venture capital financing, and mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Additionally, Inchan brings clients practical business experience from a major automobile manufacturer. He is also fluent in both the Korean and Japanese languages.
Experience
- Represented public and private companies with securities law compliance and filings at the federal and state levels
- Represented a privately held medical products company in its sale of Series A convertible preferred stock to two syndicates of venture capital firms and their affiliates
- Represented a privately held medical products company specializing in cell implanting technology in connection with its private placement of its convertible preferred stock
- Represented a privately held automobile repair company in connection with a restructuring of the company’s ownership through a cash-out merger of all existing shareholders and the replacement of its credit facilities with a senior debt and sub debt vehicle
