Merz, Gregory

Greg Merz has represented individuals and companies in litigation matters covering a wide variety of subject matters, including telecommunications, administrative law, health & human services, employment, breach of contract, antitrust, franchise & distribution, and professional licensing matters.

He has appeared before state and federal trial and appellate courts. In addition to appearing in court, Greg also has an extensive administrative law practice, representing clients in rulemakings, contested case proceedings, and investigation, and enforcement actions before numerous governmental agencies, including the Attorney General’s Office, the Public Utilities Commission, the Department of Health, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Human Rights, the Board of Medical Practice, the Board of Psychiatry, the Board of Nursing, and the Gambling Control Board.

Greg is a past member and past chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, and a past member and chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee.
