Gayle is a litigation paralegal at Gray Plant Mooty and focuses in the areas of antitrust, unfair competition, and complex litigation. Her skills include:
- fact research;
- preparing, serving and filing pleadings in federal and state courts;
- overseeing review and production of documents;
- preparing exhibits and other pretrial filings;
- creating and maintaining Summation databases;
- preparation for trial;
- attending trials; and
- appellate work.
She has assisted at federal and state court trials in Minnesota and federal court trials and arbitrations in Kansas, California, New York, Colorado, and Arizona. Gayle worked one year as a freelance court reporter, five years as a legal secretary, and the last 22 years as a paralegal.
