Dillon, Liz

Liz is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the area of domestic and international franchise and distribution. She counsels both experienced and maturing franchisors in the development, expansion, and maintenance of their franchise systems.

Specifically, Liz assists franchisors in the preparation and registration of disclosure documents. In addition, she regularly drafts and reviews a variety of documents, including franchise agreements, development agreements, and supply agreements.
