Dennis concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, real estate, financing and banking, sales, acquisitions, and workouts.
Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, as "of counsel," he practiced for 23 years in Willmar. He was a special assistant to the Minnesota State Attorney General and assistant attorney for Kandiyohi County from 1971-1981.
