Chris is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty. His practice is focused on advising companies in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance, joint ventures and other strategic business arrangements, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Energy
- Represented a biomass energy facility in its contractual negotiations, including with respect to a renewable energy purchase agreement, a verified emissions reduction purchase agreement, various biomass supply agreements and other matters.
- Representation of a private equity fund in its acquisition and post-closing contract negotiations with respect to municipal waste processing facilities and “refuse derived fuel,” plants and related assets.
