Brad is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and is a member of the entrepreneurial services and the business law transactions teams. His practice is focused on advising companies in the areas of governance, shareholder relations, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, succession planning, joint ventures, and other strategic business arrangements. Brad’s practice also includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements regarding the same.
Before attending graduate school, Brad was a division manager in Atlanta, Georgia, for a multistate retail corporation.
In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. Brad and his wife are the founders of the Miracle League of Central Minnesota.
