Anne is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning group. Anne concentrates on estate planning for simple to very complex estates, and estate and trust administration. She helps all types of families attain their estate planning, charitable giving, and business succession goals. After the death of a loved one, Anne assists families with the administration and distribution of the probate estate or trust assets, preparation of estate and fiduciary tax returns, and resolution of estate and trust controversies. Anne has frequently spoken to groups on the topics of basic wills, marital deduction planning, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, probate, health care directives, powers of attorney, and other general estate planning techniques.
Anne grew up and still resides in South St. Paul, Minnesota.
