  • Represented a health care provider in responding to an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and related qui tam complaint concerning Medicare billing issues
  • Represented numerous physicians and health care professionals in licensing actions before the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and other professional licensing boards
  • Represented physicians in credentialing disputes
  • Represented a health care plan in an investigation brought by the Minnesota Attorney General concerning the client’s determination of “usual and customary rate”
  • Represented a provider of residential services for persons with developmental disabilities in successfully appealing an adverse finding under the Minnesota Vulnerable Adults Act
  • Represented a health care provider in successfully opposing the adoption of rules that would have adversely affected the provider’s state reimbursement
  • Represented numerous providers in compliance actions brought by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, including reimbursement and licensing disputes
