Appellate Advocacy

With any active litigation practice, a vigorous appellate advocacy practice exists as well. The members of Gray Plant Mooty’s Appellate Advocacy team have extensive experience and demonstrated capability in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Because of this experience and capability, our appellate lawyers are frequently called upon to handle appeals not only for our own firm’s cases, but also in cases where other firms handled the trial work.
