Gray Plant Mooty’s Mike Sullivan Elected President of the Association for Corporate Growth Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (December 14, 2011) — The Minneapolis-based law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Michael P. Sullivan Jr. has been elected president of the Minnesota chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

He concentrates most of his time on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and private equity and debt offerings. He also spends time counseling clients with respect to control contests, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and fiduciary duties.
Sullivan received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
