Gray Plant Mooty Hosts Slovakian Delegation
On December 11, 2009, Gray Plant Mooty, in partnership with the Minnesota Trade Office, hosted a seminar entitled, “Opportunities in Slovakia: Doing Business in the Slovak Republic." The seminar provided attendees with the information and contacts needed to understand the Slovakian market and how to do business in the country. A delegation from the Slovak Republic attended the event including, Peter Burian, the Slovak Ambassador to the United States, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director General of the Division for Economic Cooperation, the Director General for Strategies of the Ministry of the Economy, the Director of the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency, and the Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia. Several firm clients, Trade Office members and contacts from various businesses in Minnesota looking to learn more about potential opportunities in Slovakia were also in attendance.
