Liz is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the area of domestic and international franchise and distribution. She counsels both experienced and maturing franchisors in the development, expansion and maintenance of their franchise systems.
Specifically, Liz assists franchisors in the preparation and registration of disclosure documents. In addition she regularly drafts and reviews a variety of documents, including franchise agreements, development agreements and vendor agreements.
Liz was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics for 2007 and named as one of the “Legal Eagles” by Franchise Times for 2007 and 2008.
Liz received her undergraduate degree in Spanish, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001, and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004. She served as senior note and comment editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
