Dorraine concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, debtor/creditor law and employment law. She has extensive experience in the areas of commercial financing, creditors’ rights, and creditor bankruptcy matters. She works with banks and other creditors, assisting her clients with the many facets of their businesses. Her practice includes representing employers in personnel-related matters. She has conducted hundreds of training sessions relating to harassment, discipline and other employment law matters. Dorraine also represents employers in defending employment-related claims.

Dorraine received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from St. Cloud State University. She received her J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was named a member of Order of the Coif.

Dorraine joined Gray Plant Mooty in 1989 and became a shareholder in 1996. She is currently the chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
