Gray Plant Mooty Welcomes Brita de Malignon to its Employee Benefits Group
The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that Brita C. de Malignon has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office as an associate practicing in the area of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. De Malignon advises clients on a variety of issues related to pension and welfare plans as well as executive compensation.
Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty, de Malignon served as a volunteer with Minnesota Women Lawyers and was active on its Voter Outreach Committee where she promoted public awareness of judicial elections and assisted with fundraising events. She also served as Director of Guest Services at the Archer House Hotel in Northfield, Minn.
De Malignon graduated magna cum laude. from the University of Minnesota Law School where she served as president of the University of Minnesota Women Law Student Association and practiced as a student attorney at the University of Minnesota civil practice clinic. In 2000, she earned her B.A. in Psychology from St. Olaf College where she was the recipient of a National Merit Scholarship and a St. Olaf College Regent Scholarship.
